Jake Baldwin Residency: LA Buckner & Big Homie

LA Buckner is a local legend. There isn’t enough room here to list all of the people and bands who have been lucky enough to have collaborated with LA. Nor doesn’t his music fit neatly into any genre. He is a teaching artist and each show is a master class in percussion. A gumbo of styles pour from the stage, jazz, hip hop, Gospel, R&B, and good ole rock and roll! Hitting the drums like they owe him money, LA is a flurry of arms and drumsticks
The set will feature songs from his album “Big Homie” which went #1 on the iTunes Jazz chart in August of 2020
